THE AUTHER OF THE TORAH------------>11:- (THE CRITCS HISTORY)

"Wellhausen"deals with many ideas, like :- The Sacrifice,The Feasts,The Laws of the Priests and the Leviticus ............etc,using the same mental attitude, due to the philosophy of "Darwin"and his evolution theory.                   Every thing must have a development history, the effect of his thoughts remained among some scholars indirectly, till now. Also his theory became now without any scientific value, and useless ,especially after the Archeological discoveries ,which released after his guesses.                                                                                                                                  These discoveries assured the impossibility of both his assumptions ,and his history analysis, for the Jewish community, it proved that the history which we have found in the "TORAH", integrated more with the evidence ,which was have found ,to prove that, the community during "Moses" times, had the same figure which the TORAH" have reflected.                                                                                                                                               The criticism after "Wellhausen" was different than the criticism before him ..Before "Wellhausen"they were agreed in the virtual idea ,which was the subject of their criticism, they had some differences in the added thoughts, but after "Wellhausen" they had many differences between each others,It was enough to us, to let them before each others, to let them decay their thoughts, by their differences.                                            For example :-    The differences between "Otto Eissffeldt" ,and his enemy"Jullian Morgensterns"                             "Otto"invented a new idiom, it was "Lay-source"or "L" he said that "L"was the real old source, but through many  writers who came after it, along many centuries, who revised "L" and re - revised and re-re-revised it many times, by adding ,or omitting ,or correcting....etc, till now [ although he could not told us what was written in that "L" ?or where it was ?or why it disappeared even in the discoveries?.............etc,just guess]                                                                                                              In contrast "Morgensterns" invented another idiom "K" which was the "Mosaic"opinions in concern of the ritual bases of the Jewish worship ,which made it different than the ritual bases of the people of Kan-an, [see his opinion in HUCA,IV at 1927] if you was between them, let them told you, was the origin text an historical writing or ritual informations?,was it real original without any previous reasons, or it was written to deal with a post previous case which dwelt in their lands ?. was it "L" or,"K" ?and let them give you a conflicted answers                                                                                                                        During the following 5 essays we will see the rest of those, who criticize the "TORAH" -------------------------follow later                   Rev. Joseph
